Welcome to our lake home renovation / custom build project.   The owner’s had been in their home for 30+ years, raised a lovely family, and were ready to update their home to become a space for their now grown children and grand children to visit and create sweet fun filled memories.  We tore down the house to the foundation and built a new home with a small addition.

The main floor features owner spa in mahogany granite and marble.

The stone fireside retreat defines the family living area with a walk out deck.

The kitchen features shutter blue cabinets accented with the owners stained glass and peak a boo windows.

The powder room floor has “Star of The North”  tile accented with blue and alabaster mountain glass

The interiors features a lakeside pallet of sand, blues, and oil rubbed bronze for a calm and relaxing environment.

Project was completed in just over 90 days May 7th – August 30th.
