Our team is led by a third-generation contractor, Jessica Dolezal, who was raised in the construction industry. To say that we’ve seen it all and that we understand the value of family, is an understatement. Our lifetime of knowledge and ability to provide everything our clients need in a custom home project is what sets us apart.

Jessica Dolezal

President & General Contractor

Jessica is the lead Contractor of Dolezal Creative + Design. Her story begins in 2000 when her father David Dolezal, founder of Dolezal Creative, asked her to be the Office Manager. She was tasked with bringing the company into the 21st century through the use of computer technology. She quickly found herself visiting job sites, meeting all of the subcontractors, and managing the sales team.

In 2006, she wanted to see more of how the construction operated so gained experience with a national homebuilder and a building material distribution company. She quickly realized, just like her father, that remodeling, and custom home building is where her heart is and rejoined Dolezal Creative + Design in 2013 as the third-generation builder of the family. Jessica launched Dolezal Creative Design + Build with the vision of providing unparalleled quality and customer satisfaction.

David Dolezal

Consultant

David has been in the construction/remodeling business for more than 35 years and has found his passion as the second-generation family member in the business. He enjoys working alongside family and looking for new, more modern ideas, and creations. David has an aspiration to educate himself and his clients on the up-and-coming technologies and smart options. He feels that a job well done is to see a client’s smile during and after the job is completed.
